Sam's Smokehouse was originally opened by Sam Henderson, who built the foundation for what would become a Fayette favorite.
Today, Sam's is owned and operated by Haley Aldridge, a Fayette native and proud mother of two, Henley and Hagen Aldridge.
Haley takes great pride in her business, her family, and the community she calls home. Her goal is simple: to continue serving good food, making sure everyone is satisfied, and making Sam's a place the Fayette community can always count on.
